Lucyna Borkowska

At MM Clinic she is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice and for the course of each patient's visit - from the first conversation to aftercare. She combines hands-on patient work with coordinating the team: she sets service and safety standards and ensures consistent procedures across aesthetic medicine and surgery.

She is present at every treatment performed at the clinic by a doctor - both aesthetic and surgical. She prepares the patient for the procedure, accompanies them throughout and looks after their comfort immediately afterwards. This way the patient has one consistent person caring for them, whatever procedure is planned.

She specialises in anti-ageing treatments and procedures that improve the quality and appearance of the skin, using the technologies available at the clinic. She gained her experience as an assistant to an aesthetic medicine doctor and to a surgeon. She has completed training in aesthetic medicine.

She is studying nursing at Wyższa Szkoła Nauk o Zdrowiu (University of Health Sciences) in Bydgoszcz. She is a graduate in Italian Philology from Wyższa Szkoła Filologiczna (University of Philology) in Wrocław.

In her work she puts the emphasis on order, precision and a calm, unhurried visit. Patients value her kindness and her ability to listen.
