How does scalp mesotherapy work?
Scalp mesotherapy involves injecting special products containing peptides, vitamins, minerals and growth factors directly into the scalp. These ingredients penetrate the hair follicles and the scalp, where they:
- Stimulate blood circulation and oxygen delivery to the hair follicles
- Stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin
- Stop hair loss by strengthening the hair bulbs
- Speed up the growth of new, thicker hair
- Improve pigmentation (reduce greying)
- Hydrate and regenerate the scalp
The effects are usually visible after 3–4 weeks, and the full result appears after a course of 4–6 treatments (about 2–3 months).

What does scalp mesotherapy involve?

Application of anaesthetic cream to the whole scalp (no injection required).
The doctor precisely injects the product into specific points on the scalp using fine needles. The injections are given into the deep layers of the skin (meso), where they can act directly on the hair follicles.

What to do after the treatment?
- Avoid intense physical exertion for 24 hours
- Do not wash your hair for 24 hours after the treatment
- Avoid saunas, swimming pools and hot baths for 48 hours
- Do not use hairsprays or other styling products for 24 hours
- Do not massage the scalp intensively for 3–5 days
- Use gentle sulphate-free shampoos for 2 weeks
- Protect your head from strong sun for a few days
Normal symptoms after the treatment (24–72 hours): slight redness, a feeling of warmth, mild itching. These are temporary effects that indicate activation of the skin.

No. We use anaesthetic cream, so patients do not feel pain. They may feel slight pricks or warmth, but this is normal.
